Is this an offer to invest?

Who can invest?
Only accredited investors, verified before investing, as required by Rule 506(c). See Who can invest.
What does the fund invest in?
Residential and income-producing property serving essential workers in Texas growth metros: San Antonio, Austin, Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston. See Strategy.
Are returns guaranteed?
No. The preferred return is an order of payment, not a promise. You could lose your entire investment. See risks.
How is my capital called?
In chunks as deals are found, with advance notice. See Terms and our guide to capital calls.
Can I get my money out early?
Generally no. Fund interests are illiquid and restricted. See liquidity & transfers.
What tax forms will I receive?
A Schedule K-1, which can arrive late. Consult your own tax advisor. See K-1s and taxes.
Has the GP run a fund before?
No. This is a first-time fund manager with no prior fund track record. See Team.
How do I sign in to the investor area?
Approved investors sign in with a one-time code sent to their email. Sign in.
